As Maddie is thrust into the body of her twain, a drug addicted version of herself and meets Randall who is Randy?s twain and they become entangled in a race to find Alvin.

The first half of this book held me in wonder. The rich description of each exquisite outfit or the floating houses above had mesmerized. I could not wait to explore each new room or character. The characters were easy to follow even in this multidimensional existence.

The second half of the book I felt like I was reading a different book. One in which as long as you know your Greek mythology and watch for deep symbolism you could follow and enjoy, however, it made me feel like it was two separate stories. The pace at which new characters where introduced left me feeling that they could have been more developed. The ending made me feel a bit like she was settling but then again it may have also set itself up for a second book.
