the-king-of-attolia-final We are pleased to announce our first book trailer – EVER!

The With a Jester of Kindness book-trailer project has been in the works for a long time. As of late, the delays have been due to our inability to find a good, free PowerPoint converter. I guess the old adage, “you get what you pay for,” has been proven true once again. Many converters advertised great qualities and the ability to keep your original timing and audio, but the fibbed…A LOT! So, I bought a converter and voilà! After only 6 tries of manipulating and adjusting the converter, and sitting through the long converter process, we ended up with a pretty good representation of the original presentation. The converter still seems to have a little trouble with the timing, but it’s much, much closer than previous attempts. I also would have liked better video and audio quality, but I had to adjust the converter’s settings lower in order for it to get close to the envisioned timing. Compromise: the art of gracefully settling for what you’ve got instead of futilely beating your computer with its own keyboard.

To view the video book trailer, just click on the image above and you will be taken to the YouTube theatre nearest you. So please, check out the trailer, Like it, share it, make comments, make sure you let me know how you liked it! 🙂
