SF Review: Doctor Who: The Drosten’s Curse by A.L. Kennedy
My Review: Tomorrow, Saturday August 15, has been declared Doctor Who Comics Day by Titan Comics, who, of course, publish Doctor Who Comics. While I didn’t have a Doctor Who...
DC has provided the following two character pages from Convergence: Superman Man of Steel #1 by Louise Simonson and June Brigman to provide background on John Henry Irons and his super-suit. (Click to see larger versions.) The issue will be on sale on April 15 with a cover (shown below) by Walter Simonson. The description is
STARRING HEROES FROM ZERO HOUR! Superman is missing, so now it’s up to Steel to defend Metropolis from the GEN13 kids!
and the Diamond order code is FEB15 0192. Louise Simonson co-created Steel with artist John Bogdanove after the Death of Superman back in the 90s, and Simonson and Brigman worked together on the much-loved Power Pack. In keeping with the teen theme, incorporating Gen13, also in the story will be Steel’s teenage niece Natasha and nephew Jemahl.

I’m so glad to get another volume of The Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service! (The previous book, volume 13, last appeared at the end of 2012.) Although it’s horror, it’s one...
It amazes me that Larry Gonick is still turning out such interesting cartoon science guides. I remember reading my first one, The Cartoon Guide to (Non)Communication, back in the early...
I know big, galaxy-risking, four-part stories are seen as more important, but it’s the one-off, quieter, more personal scenes that I really like in this series. I shouldn’t be too...
