In this episode we had the chance to sit down with the incredible and passionate Vanessa Marshall who is the voice of Hera on Star Wars Rebels.
First up we discussed what’s behind a career in voice acting. Her early roles, decision to go into voice acting, and the difference between video game voice over work and that of an animated TV series.
Vanessa then also shared her audition process for Star Wars Rebels and the secrecy involved and how the Rebels team works behind the scenes in the voice over sessions with Dave Filoni. In a discussion on Hera she explains Hera’s personality and many of her great qualities, how Rebels will appeal to all generations, and how we will be incredibly satisfied in the show and much more!
