Congrats to Danielle S. from Barrie - she is our lucky winner!
It's not often that I can look at a book blurb and wholeheartedly agree, but
Bait: A Novel is, in fact, a case of "
Jaws meets Lord of the Flies meets Drugstore Cowboy!" About the only thing I might add to that is, "
in the style of early Richard Bachman."
To help celebrate this year's Shark Week, J. Kent Messum is offering up a paperback copy (the black and white Canada/US version) to one lucky reader across Canada, the US, and the UK. The giveaway is open all week (ending on Saturday).
If you're interested, just pop me an email (bob [dot] beautyinruins [at] gmail [dot] com) with the subject SHARK BAIT. Please be sure to include your full name and mailing address.
Multiple entries are considered cheating (and will get your deleted), but I'm more than happy to offer up a bonus entry to regular followers (Blogger, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Just let me know how you follow, and what your username is.
Bait: A Novel is the 2014 Arthur Ellis Awards Winner for Best First Novel
