The Star Wars Rebels teaser trailer that premiered on Disney XD is now on starwars.com. The Star Destroyer flying over a planet is very reminiscent of how Star Wars: A New Hope started. Using this iconic entrance is a great way to pull in some of the older fans. As the destroyer glides through, we can see the kind of detail and style the series will be drawn in, especially when you watch it in 1080p. I get a very Tron Uprising feeling about it. Anyone want to take a guess as to what planet is that below? I don’t have a clue, but I do know that I’m super excited to see more this weekend at New York Comic Con. Stay tuned!
Also, the underside of the Rebels logo could very well be the Ghost. I see some yellow stripes and the Ghost definitely has some of those. Anyone else agree?
